Gavin's Goat Milk Blue

This semi-soft blue cheese is made with goats milk and is studded with a delicate Roquefort mold. A creamier cheese than the Ballston Blue, the tang of the goat is prevalent as well as its melt-in-your-mouth texture. Excellent with pears, mixed in sauces, smothered on top of steaks, and any other creamy blue application you can think of. Comes in a convenient 2.5 lb. half wheel, or one case of 5 lb.
